I think we all go on a mission to find make-up that suits us perfectly. I'm still searching! I have managed to find some things that I now count as essentials, but I still love to experiment with different products. 

Starting with the base, Clarins tinted moisturiser saved my skin earlier this year. After months of using MAC pro-longwear which was giving me constant break-outs, I decided to go for something a little lighter. It was actually my mam that noticed and recommended this Clarins product. So far it is the only tinted moisturiser I have tried, but I think it makes my skin look so soft and natural. I do think it could have more coverage, but sometimes I'm bad and mix some MAC foundation in with it (shhh). 

I've tried so many blushers and for me NARS in Orgasm is my favourite. I just feel it goes with my complexion more because I'm quite pale and like a lot of blusher to stand out on my cheeks! Its got sparkles in too. so it acts like a bit of a highlighter too. I've just started with the whole 'contour and highlighting' business, but I'm finding that MUA's own highlighter is pretty good.

When it comes to eye make-up, I just like to wear eye-liner. Since I got the Naked 2 palette as a gift I'm partial to a quick dust of 'bootycall' or 'tease' to compliment my flicks! 

For lipstick, it just has to be Ruby Woo by MAC. I've tried so many matte reds, but I always go back to this. I might sound like an advert but I really do think it is the best! Even though it is matte it slightly moisturises, if you're looking for a statement red lippy, try it!
